MAG TIME FRAME FOR MOMMY classroom kits

such a joy!

volunteered in the sunday school classroom on mother's day, and brought along kits so each child could hand design a mag time frame for his or her mom

could not have done this without help from my daughter -thanks love-

didn't want the frames handed to mom without a picture inside, so each child decorated a 4x6 paper with stickers, stamps and crayons which can be replaced with a favorite photo (or not).

MAG TIME FRAME for MOTHER'S DAY

i love requests! here, a friend ask me to design a mag time frame with a lighthouse theme.

her mother loves lighthouses; is a collector, and this will be her mother's day gift from her daughter.

i knew write away i'd work the entire

frame around the stamps i already had at home. gorgeous aren't they. pacific lighthouses available through the united states postal service. i used those to create the magnets, and chose beautiful ocean colored papers for the background frame. included a hint of red in the matting of the frame and magnets to pop out the red found in the lighthouse stamps.

NEW SEASON, NEW PICTURE: MAG TIME FRAME

this mag time frame is shown without a photo, so you can see the surprise message that gets revealed each time a new updated photo is placed under the baseball and baseball cap magnets.

wonderful i think, because it holds any favorite action shot, vertical or horizontal, and while sometimes i design to specifically match jersey colors -this has a more generic, all american theme, and so can be used year after year no matter what team or colors your player is on.

next, working on a lighthouse theme design for a fellow vm cast member and new friend, samantha..

MAG TIME FRAMES... HANDMADE WITH LOVE

RADICAL CLEANING day 3 (i think).

two more belated birthday gifts DONE! -mailed out and everything. -feels so gooood. happy birthday lisa (jan 9th) and happy birthday mary! (jan 13th). i love you!

-our friendships go back a long way... pre-husband, children, divorce. mary and i go back all the way to elementary school; lisa and i, far back as jr. college.

and they both love dogs. have dogs. love dogs. i've already made and given every friend i have a mag time frame.. but i think everyone should have 2 or 3, don't you? besides.. how cute is that puppy magnet? (thanks again sizzix).

AND - TODAY - is my brother's birthday: Happy Birthday Larry! (another dog lover. i think he has 5 dogs!) i'll have your gift in the mail..
